Rice and mung bean porridge

The ingredients are 3 handfuls of rice and 1 handfuls of mung beans.

Practice: Wash rice and soak mung beans before going to bed, and get up early for about 20 minutes to get sticky.

Spinach rice porridge

Spinach rice porridge, fragrant and slippery, add some spinach to increase nutrition, and add some medlar, which is delicious and beautiful.

Ingredients: 1 handful of rice, 2 handfuls of millet, half bowl of blanched spinach, 5 or 6 Chinese wolfberry.

Practice: cook rice and millet until they are sticky. Add blanched spinach and cut into pieces five minutes before cooking, then add Lycium barbarum and cook for 1 minute, turn off the fire, add salt to taste, and add sesame oil to enhance fragrance.
