How to master breathing skills when swimming and how to avoid suffocation or fatigue?
Hey, everybody! Today I want to share my swimming experience with you, especially how to master breathing skills to avoid suffocation and fatigue.

For me, swimming is a pleasant exercise, which can make me relax in the water, but if I want to swim farther and smoother, breathing skills are an unavoidable topic.

Let me share my accumulated experience with you, hoping to help you swim more skillfully.

1. Be familiar with breathing rhythm:

It is important to master breathing skills when swimming. I first make sure that I am familiar with my breathing rhythm. When swimming, I inhale through my nose and exhale through my mouth.

Slowly, I can find my own breathing rhythm and I won't feel out of breath when swimming.

To master breathing skills, I find that the most important thing is to be familiar with breathing rhythm. When swimming.

I may not be used to it at first, but I can slowly find my own breathing rhythm and swim more smoothly.

2. Side breathing:

In order to avoid suffocation, I specially practiced the technique of breathing sideways. When swimming, I will turn my head slightly to one side, and then inhale when my head is above the water. This can ensure that I don't inhale water and make my breathing more natural and smooth.

When you need to breathe, turn your head to one side, keep an angle of about 45 degrees with the horizontal plane, and let your mouth contact with water.

At the same time, use the breathing gap to inhale enough oxygen quickly, and then return your head to the water to continue swimming.

Repeat this process, breathing on the other side each time.

3. Control the breathing rhythm:

In order to avoid fatigue, I will pay attention to controlling the rhythm of breathing. In the process of swimming, I will try to keep a uniform breathing frequency to avoid breathing too fast or too slow.

This can not only help me maintain my physical strength, but also make swimming more relaxed and enjoyable.

Practicing breathing movements is very helpful to master breathing skills.

I will practice breathing repeatedly in the swimming pool, like a duckling poking around on the water. If you practice more, you can breathe more easily and not choke on water easily.

It takes time and patience to master breathing skills.

It may be a little hard at first, and it may choke a few times. But don't be discouraged, keep practicing, you will gradually master the skills, and swimming will become more relaxed and enjoyable.

4. Reasonable arrangement of rest time:

During the long swimming, I will arrange the rest time reasonably. When I feel tired, I will choose to take a short rest by the pool, adjust my breathing and strength, and then continue swimming.

This can avoid excessive physical exertion, and at the same time can prolong the durability of swimming.

Swimming is a physical exercise. In order to avoid excessive fatigue, I will arrange my rest time reasonably.

Every time I swim a certain distance or feel a little tired, I will have a rest by the pool, adjust my breathing and strength, and then continue swimming.

Beibei has something to say:

Generally speaking, it takes more practice and patience to master breathing skills and avoid choking and fatigue when swimming.

Familiar with breathing rhythm, practicing breathing sideways, arranging rest time reasonably and practicing constantly are all ways to help me swim more smoothly and enjoy.

I hope my experience can help you, and I hope you can swim freely and enjoy healthy fun! Come on!
