Keep doing morning exercises and jog every day 15-20 minutes to warm up.
Leg press 5- 10 minutes
Horizontal bar: Hold the horizontal bar tightly with both hands, with legs together and vertical.
Then lift your legs slightly, making less than 90 degrees with your body.
Do it about 10 each time, and do it about three times. You can rest for 2-3 minutes between each time.
Do sit-ups, about 30 at a time, three to five times. You can stay for about 2 minutes between each time.
Sticking to it for three to five months usually works.
