%temp% is a system environment variable, corresponding to the folder C: \ documents and settings \ administrator \ local settings \ temp. Running %temp% will open this folder. Temporary files left over from software installation and other work are useless junk files and can be deleted completely.
Click Start-Run in the lower left corner and enter "%temp%" (enclosed in quotation marks). Click "OK", and the junk files of drive C will appear, and then select all to delete. (will not affect the system)
If you can't delete them all, delete them one by one (smash them). I still can't delete it. Leave it alone for the time being.
