At the end of last year, the Zero Run Club issued a proposal to punch in for 50 days. I decisively participated in the activities of 1 km every day, and clocked in 50 days for 40 days to challenge successfully! The activity starts from 202 1, 1, 3 1. At that moment, I secretly made up my mind that I would not only challenge for success, but also punch in Man Qin! The result is: I insist on running at least one kilometer every day, but one day I missed punching in! 49 days after the game!

Looking back on the past 50 days, I punched in and had many feelings.

I went back to my hometown in Sichuan for the New Year, and when I got home, I announced that my family would cheer me up and run every day 1 km! But my hometown is very cold in winter, not to mention wearing quick-drying clothes and trousers, and even wearing a long down jacket. I don't want to go out under the covers. Fortunately, a colleague from Beijing also attended the punch camp. Speaking of the sub-zero weather in Beijing, he still went out for a run. I have no excuse!

Harvest 1: Circle is very important!

During the Spring Festival, my family and I traveled to Chengdu. The beauty of Chengdu and the taste of snacks enrich my trip! In order not to let travel become an obstacle to punching in, I put my running clothes in front of my bed every night before going to bed, and prepared an ultra-light and ultra-thin down jacket to keep warm and tie my waist when running is hot, which takes up no space and is light!

Harvest 2: Method is very important!

In order not to give myself any excuse for procrastination, I get up at five or half past five every morning. The first thing to do is to run. After running, I will synchronize the data to the group, say hello to everyone and do the reception of the day. Therefore, I also won the "blockbuster" award. At the same time, the running score data was also sent to the circle of friends. I won the praise of running friends and gave me positive feedback, which made me full of joy and tireless.

Punch in for 50 days. Runners talk about running, stretching, strength training and data analysis. With the same topic, we have more like-minded friends!

Harvest 4: Friends are very important!

Teacher Zhan Hui said don't say "keep running" because running doesn't need persistence! But I haven't made running a part of my life, so I need to "stick to it". It is not difficult to run 1 km every day. I can do it at home, but it is not easy to run 1 km in 50 days!
