1948: It was renamed as "Xinkang Tibetan Tea Factory of Yunnan Zhongcha Trading Co., Ltd.".
1950: The people's government took over the "Xinkang Tibetan Tea Factory" and renamed it "Xiaguan Xinkang Tibetan Tea Factory of Yunnan Branch of China Tea Company".
1994: It was restructured into "Yunnan Xiaguan Tuocha Co., Ltd.".
