At present, the relevant protection regulations and standards for the short video industry and users mainly include "Regulations on the Management of Network Short Video Platform" and "Standard Rules for the Review of Network Short Video Content", which have established a security protection barrier for the short video industry. However, in the current short video content ecology, it is difficult for the law to use metaphors such as language and vision to imply the violation of national security, so as to determine the rights and responsibilities related to the content of "edge ball". Therefore, it is necessary to strengthen the formulation of laws and regulations, improve the distribution of powers and responsibilities and the definition of illegal issues, adhere to the rule of law, and effectively implement short video security protection on the macro rule of law.
