According to my experience, losing weight is really not easy, and eating a lot is not good. I lost weight for a while before, and it's not too complicated. Is the super law of life. Get up at 6 o'clock in the morning to play badminton (40 minutes), read a book for a while after playing, then have breakfast (basically porridge, buns and eggs, not bread and biscuits), and study most of the morning.
