Exercise:
1. Wash and drain the ribs, add two tablespoons of minced garlic, two tablespoons of cooking wine, three tablespoons of soy sauce, one tablespoon of oyster sauce, half a spoonful of black pepper, appropriate amount of sugar and four tablespoons of starch, and marinate for half an hour.
