Ingredients: Japanese tofu, green pepper, black fungus.
Exercise:
1, Japanese tofu cut into thick slices, evenly coated with a layer of starch, and fried in a pan until golden on both sides.
2. Stir-fry minced garlic, green pepper and black fungus with base oil, pour in the fried tofu and the prepared sauce.
3, sauce: two spoonfuls of soy sauce+one spoonful of oyster sauce+one spoonful of sugar+one spoonful of starch+a small bowl of water and mix well.
