Interim provisions on the release of food advertisements
Article 7 Food advertisements shall not contain words confused with drugs, and shall not directly or indirectly publicize the curative effect, and shall not express or imply the therapeutic effect of food by publicizing the efficacy of certain ingredients.
Tenth health food advertising content should be based on the instructions and labels approved by the health administrative department of the State Council, and shall not be expanded at will.
Article 13 Advertisements of ordinary food, new resource food and special nutritious food shall not publicize the health care function, nor shall they express or imply its health care function by publicizing the functions of certain ingredients.
