First, the controller is initialized.

When the water softener is powered on for the first time, the camshaft of the equipment controller needs to rotate to the initial position, which may take 1-2 minutes.

Press the set key, and when the display shows-,you can set the resin content parameters of the water softener. WTS 1-CN 100 resin quantity parameter is 15, and this machine is 15. Press the setting key to confirm the setting. (WTS 1-CN200 resin content is 30, and WTS 1-CN300 resin content is 40. )

Second, the common parameter settings of water softener include:

Current time, day of the week, regeneration time, regeneration setting period, salt consumption of regenerated water softener and hardness of local water quality.

1, set the current time: when the display shows the current time (the triangle arrow points to the time), press the set key, the number will flash, and press the up key or the down key to set the current time. Press the set key to confirm the current time.

2. Set the day of the week: when the day of the week is displayed on the display screen (the triangle arrow points to the week), press the down key and the up key to set the current date, and press the set key to confirm the current date.

3. Set the regeneration time. The default value is 2: 00 am. If you want to change this value: when the display shows this value, press the set key and the parameter will flash. Press the up key or the down key to increase or decrease the time value, and then press the Set key to confirm the selection.

4. Regeneration Setting Period (DATS) The water softener sets the interval period for automatic regeneration. The default value is set to 14 days. If you want to modify this parameter, when the parameter is displayed on the display screen, press the set key and the parameter will flash. Press the up arrow or down arrow to increase or decrease the time value. Press the Set key to confirm the selection.

Warning: The regeneration interval cannot be set to 0, otherwise the system cannot perform regeneration.

5. There are three choices for salt consumption of water softener: high salt content (H), which is suitable for occasions with high water hardness, low water consumption and frequent regeneration. Standard Salt Content This setting is the default setting and is suitable for most areas. Low salt content (L), this setting uses less salt, which can make the most effective use of recycled salt.

6. The capacity of treated salt is taken as the reference value of 8KG, without modification.

7. The local water hardness (150) is the default value. If you want to adjust, press the set key. When the value flashes, press the up or down key, and then press the set key to confirm. The water softener returns to normal working condition.

The general working state shows the remaining water production and the current time, and when there is water flow, the faucet mark is displayed.

Third, the first water commissioning.

First drainage and cleaning of water softener

1, press the regeneration key for 5 seconds to start the manual regeneration process. When the camshaft is running, the hourglass symbol will be displayed on the display.

2. The water inlet valve is opened at 1/4, soft water enters the water softener to start cleaning the system, and the air in the system is removed for 3-5 minutes. There is no water leakage at the drain and the water inlet valve is fully open.

Fourthly, the function check of the water softener controller.

1, check the water supply function.

Starting from the backwashing function C 1, press the set key and the up key at the same time to jump to the next program C 2, the controller of the water softener runs, and the display screen shows the hourglass sign. When the hourglass sign disappears, press the set key and the up key at the same time to jump to the next process C 3, and observe whether the water level in the salt tank rises gradually for many times until the water replenishment process C 8. The rising liquid level indicates that the water softener has normal water replenishment function.

2. Check the regeneration function

Press the regeneration key. For example, in step 1, press the set key and the up key to position C 2 at the same time, and observe whether the water level of the salt tank begins to drop. If yes, the regeneration function of the water softener is normal.

When adding salt for the first time, the salt in the salt box is higher than the water surface, and solid salt particles should be seen all the time every day.
