First, diet
(1) Reduce the daily food intake of cats 1/4. The fat cat is full, so it must go on a planned diet. The daily ration of a normal adult cat is 50 grams of cat food. Don't exceed this upper limit. If you are used to putting cat food there for them to eat casually, and there is no exercise at ordinary times, it is best to change it to two meals a day or three meals a day. The amount of meat should also be controlled.
(2) Put the cat's daily rations in several cat food bowls and put them in various places at home, forcing the cat to walk and eat more.
(3) Put the bowl that the cat eats on the table or on the small cabinet (almost as high as the table) and force the cat to jump up and eat.
(4) If conditions permit, you can feed diet cat food. Diet cat food contains more fiber and less fat, which means that cats consume fewer calories. When changing cat food for cats, first remove the old cat food of13 and replace it with new cat food, and mix the new cat food with the old cat food. A week later, 1/3 of new cat food was added, and 1/3 of old cat food was reduced, all of which were gradually replaced with new cat food.
(5) The best canned food has higher calories than ordinary canned food. Therefore, if you are going to change from ordinary canned food to gourmet canned food, you need to reduce the feeding amount of canned food appropriately.
Second, exercise.
Let the cat do physical exercise. Run after it every day and let it climb the windowsill. In order to encourage the cat to keep exercising, you can put some delicious food on the high stool and let it climb up to eat.
Third, weigh yourself regularly.
Insist on weighing the cat every week and make a suitable weight loss plan for the next step. We should also pay attention to ensuring the healthy diet and sleep of cats, and we should not neglect the health and growth of cats in order to lose weight.
