Training method of table tennis turning around the waist
Some children who have been systematically trained play ball, and their movements are very beautiful. Some amateur players are also good at playing. But from the action, you can tell at a glance who is a well-trained person and who is a pure amateur. Why? You can see from two points, one is whether you can use your waist, and the other is your footwork. Some amateurs can also use the waist, but you can see the difference by watching the footwork.
Born in a regular class, he received systematic training since childhood. My movements are good and my waist is good. But children's practice is basically based on sensibility. If you ask him how he called, or how he called, he may not be able to tell you. Is his waist pure? Practice? Out, rather than follow the theoretical guidance? Study? When they come out, the coach will also instruct them how to use their legs and waist. In fact, many children have little knowledge of the coach's words, and many children can't understand them. Most of them are trained by sensibility. Accustomed to nature and formed instinct, it is hard to forget. They never think about actions like some amateurs, but form an instinctive reflection. Including footwork, footwork is the same. The trained feet are very neat, and you can always hit the ball in the right position without seeing too many movements. Amateurs are often in a hurry, either reaching for the ball first or running after it.
The difficulty of table tennis turning.
First, turning the waist is the difficulty of learning the ball. One of the most common mistakes made by amateurs is that they can't use their waist. I think there are several difficulties in really learning to use the waist.
Difficulty 1
There are many teaching materials for table tennis, and there are detailed introductions on how to play table tennis well. Taking forehand attack (pull) as an example, it is explained and illustrated in detail from the aspects of standing position, preparation posture, lead stroke, swing stroke, reduction, etc., including the power transmission in the middle process (kicking the ground, turning the waist, changing the center of gravity, big arm belt, small arm with big arm, etc.). But few people can practice the ball well just by reading books and practicing by themselves. Because the imagination of words is too great.
Difficulty 2
Now the information is developed, besides text introduction, there are many video demonstrations. In some demonstrations, the action is decomposed and slowed down, and even the distance of swing, the running time of racket, the angle of body rotation and the included angle of arm are quantitatively analyzed, and the instructions of arrows and lines are added.
Even so, few people can practice the ball well by imitating video demonstrations.
Difficulty three,
In reality, even with the guidance of experts, it is difficult to find the feeling of turning around. Some people can't learn when giving advice to others, even if they try their best to sharpen their mouths.
Difficulty 4
Some golfers are familiar with the essentials and know how to play, but when they play, they are deformed and can't find the feeling.
Second, turning the waist is also a misunderstanding that is easy to appear in learning the ball.
As mentioned earlier, one of the most common mistakes made by amateurs is that they can't use their waist. Using the waist is really a difficulty for amateurs. At the same time, it is easy to form a misunderstanding: bad movements, unreasonable playing, insufficient strength, playing hard but the ball has no strength in the past, all of which are often attributed to not turning around or using the waist. Many people often get the answer when they ask others: you haven't turned your back. There are also some masters who repeatedly emphasize when pointing at others: turn around! This is actually a misunderstanding.
Why is this a misunderstanding? Turning the waist is absolutely correct, but it is not fundamental! Turning the waist is just a process, or one of the links. If you only emphasize turning your back, it is actually very difficult to learn to turn your back and go home. Some time ago, I read the post and saw that a friend said four words about using the waist. Force from the ground? I think this is the essence of waist use, and this is the key!
I don't have the professional knowledge of human mechanics, and I don't know the function of waist muscles, but my experience is that the waist will not make great efforts on its own initiative. Even if it can make efforts, it can't reach the speed and strength of waist rotation needed to play table tennis. The rotation of the waist must rely on external forces to achieve a certain strength. In other words, the generation of waist strength must rely on the strength of the legs! Therefore, it is a misunderstanding to emphasize only turning the waist. Turning the waist is not the key, not the means, but a link in the process. Just thinking about turning around, knowing what it is, not knowing why, getting twice the result with half the effort may not be able to practice well.
The fundamental point of exerting force is the leg! The legs exert force, push the ground, and the force is applied to the waist, so that the waist can eat hard.
Method of turning waist when playing table tennis
1, first give two examples: first, throw stones. To throw the stone far away, we must wave our arms vigorously. We have all played throwing stones, but none of us stood up straight in the same place and threw them. They all turn their bodies to one side and lean back, and then throw stones out. So is the shot put.
2. You can do a few actions of throwing stones and putting shots with your bare hands. If you have space, it is better to throw a few out, haha. In this way, you will obviously feel that the force is emitted from your right leg. The center of gravity is pressed on the right leg, and the right leg exerts force. The pedal touches the ground, the legs are against the waist, and the waist stretching drives the arm to be thrown to the left. After throwing, the inertia of your body brings your center of gravity to your left leg. The center of gravity exchange is the same as using the waist. Center of gravity exchange is the result, not the means! The greater the strength of the legs and waist, the farther the stone is thrown, not by the strength of the arms. Another is that the transfer of power should be smooth and coordinated, otherwise it will not be far away. The same is true of playing ball games. A ball with coordinated movements is powerful. A child of 10 years old, a strong man, can't hit the ball with this strength even if his arms are round, and the strength of the child is much smaller than that of the strong man. Why? Because the child's strength is coordinated and reasonable, the strength is amplified, and the whole body's strength is transferred to the ball; The strong man is strong, but his movements are uncoordinated, and many forces are broken down. The force passed to the ball is already a spent force (the strong man has no strength to play, and there are other reasons, such as no prejudgment and late shooting. ~ ~, I won't go into details here).
3. Is there another one that is easier to understand? Waist strength? Action, swing in boxing, right leg, fast rotation, right arm swinging outward to the fist surface.
Adults always want to know the essentials before learning the ball. Coaches usually emphasize the essentials. Failure to work hard often boils down to failure. I think this is a misunderstanding. In fact, how to exert strength, textbooks and so on have been said a lot, but it is difficult for learners to understand.
By the way, I made up some jingles about strength and forehand attack:
Preparation posture: the chest and abdomen are slightly bent, the center of gravity moves forward, and the heel is weak.
Forehand power: leg power, kicking, leg waist, arm, eating and living power, fast rotation, the whole process should be continuous.
Forehand attack: move sideways to lead the racket, turn around and close the forearm, exchange the center of gravity to meet the front, and swing the left eyebrow quickly.
