What's the difference between oolong tea and Pu 'er tea?
Oolong tea and Pu 'er tea are different in three aspects, namely, the variety, taste and efficacy of tea.

I. Tea varieties

Oolong tea belongs to semi-fermented tea and is one of the most distinctive tea varieties in China. Pu 'er tea belongs to black tea and is produced in Pu 'er area of Yunnan. It is loose tea or pressed tea fermented from fresh tea leaves.

Second, the taste.

Oolong tea tastes mellow and has a sweet aftertaste, and the new tea of that year tastes the best. The longer Pu 'er tea is stored, the richer and more fragrant it tastes.

Third, the effect

Oolong tea has a good weight loss effect. It can decompose fat in human body, accelerate fat burning and metabolism, and has obvious stimulating effect on the stomach, so it is not suitable for people with weak stomach. Pu 'er tea is not as good as oolong tea in weight loss, but it has a good nourishing effect on the stomach, can repair the damaged gastric mucosa, and can alleviate and prevent various stomach diseases.
