In the field of administrative examination and approval of construction projects, according to the reform plan of the city's administrative examination and approval system in the construction field, combined with the reality of Wulong, the reform of "limited parallel (merger) approval of five major links" in the construction field will be implemented as soon as possible, and the examination and approval links with similar contents and repeated settings will be merged.

According to the investment project, according to the investment scale, investment field, investment location and different land use types, the county government comprehensively calculates the charging standard and formulates the charging distribution plan, and the county administrative examination and approval service hall "one window" collects all kinds of fees at one time; Exemption, reduction or extension of administrative expenses related to industrial park projects; Various charging items without legal basis should be cleaned up and banned; For general administrative examination and approval, all fees will be cancelled to ensure that departments simplify procedures.
