1. One-legged wheel

If you want to cultivate your temperament through yoga, you must improve your bad posture through yoga. One-legged wheel can exercise your legs, arms, back, waist and ankles, stretch your leg lines, slim your waist and waistline, and make your arms thinner, thus improving your overall temperament.

Practice method:

A. Start lying on your back, straighten your legs, put your hands on your sides, and straighten your head;

B. Bend your knees, put your feet on the ground, and keep your legs shoulder width apart. Turn your hands over and put them on your ears, with your fingertips facing your heels and your palms facing down.

C. Push your body, straighten your arms, start your legs, and lift your hips off the mat;

D. Straighten your legs, support your body with your arms, bend your back and lift your hips;

E. Make a standard wheel, pad your toes, slightly bend your knees, lift your left leg and stretch it upward;

F straighten your left leg, make a one-legged wheel, hold it for 30 seconds, and change legs.

2. Bow style

To cultivate temperament, bow posture is definitely indispensable. Bow posture helps to improve the bad posture of round shoulders, shoulders and hunchback. As long as the bad posture is improved, beautiful temperament can be cultivated.

Practice method:

A. Starting from the prone position, straighten your legs and lean back, lift your upper body, support your body with your hands, and do cobra pose;

B. Abdomen in, stick to the ground, bend your knees, stretch your calves upwards, and pull your legs backwards with your hands;

C. Start waist, hips and chest, pull up legs, and do standard bow-pulling movements.

If you practice the above two postures for 30 seconds, rest for 5 seconds, and practice 10 times a day for more than one month, you can improve your bad posture and develop a perfect temperament.

Beginners need to decide what level of yoga to practice according to their physical condition. If the body is soft enough, practice the advanced pose, if the body is stiff, practice the basic pose.
