Healthy eating for two or four days is as follows:

All food should be boiled, steamed or baked, and there should be no oil or salt. You can't eat other foods, pasta, rice or alcohol except those on the menu.
White vinegar, lemon juice and pepper can be added to the food that needs seasoning. All food should be fresh, not canned.
If you can't eat red meat, you can substitute tuna or salmon.
Drink at most 7- 12 glasses of water a day, two glasses of water before getting up, one glass of water before each meal and two glasses of water before going to bed. It is better to drink black coffee at other times. The cups used in recipes are all 250 ml cups.
After eating for four days, I drank black coffee without sugar and ate half a yellow grapefruit for breakfast every day.
On the first day,
lunch
Two boiled eggs,
Half a cup of steamed or boiled beans (green beans will do),
Half a cup of steamed or boiled pumpkin,
A glass of fresh tomato juice.

1 4-6 oz roast or boiled beef patties, without salt,
Half a cup of steamed or boiled green beans,
A small apple
the next day
lunch
Half a cup of raw fresh celery,
Half a cup of steamed or boiled green beans,
Half a cup of fresh tomatoes,
Half a cup of melon.

Roast chicken breast 6-8 ounces (no need for chicken skin),
Half a cup of steamed or boiled pumpkin,
Half a cup of fresh tomatoes.
the third day
lunch
Two boiled eggs,
Half a cup of steamed or boiled green beans,
Half a cup of steamed pumpkin,
A glass of freshly squeezed tomato juice.
dinner
A 6-8 ounce steamed or boiled steak (no salt),
A glass of tomatoes is slowly cooking,
A small apple.
The fourth day
lunch
A glass of fresh celery,
Half a cup of steamed or boiled pumpkin,
A little apple,
A glass of plum juice (unsweetened plum juice)
dinner
1 4-6 ounces of salt-free beef patties baked or cooked;
Half a cup of steamed or boiled green beans,
Half a cup of fresh tomatoes,
Two prune juice.
