The post selection personnel of public institutions are included in the career establishment, the education selection personnel are assigned to a four-star ordinary high school in Baoying Middle School of Jiangsu Province by the county health and wellness committee, and the medical selection personnel are assigned to a tertiary general hospital in Baoying County People's Hospital, and employment contracts are signed with relevant institutions; County-owned state-owned enterprises are enterprises and sign employment contracts with relevant enterprises. The employment contract stipulates that the minimum service period in Baoying County is 3 years (including probation period).
2. Employees employed by public institutions shall enjoy the wages and benefits stipulated by the state.
