If you want to eat too much, a better way is to slow down when eating, so that you can eat about 20% less food when you are full than when you are eating fast (people don't react so quickly after eating, but when they are eating fast, they are actually full, but their brains have not reacted yet, so it is easy to overeat).
More importantly, exercise. Now people's life is getting faster and faster, and they don't have much time to exercise. But skipping rope and kicking shuttlecock are both good methods, and don't need too much space and equipment. One of my colleagues is 1.52cm tall and weighs 68kg after giving birth. She didn't take any diet pills, but skipped rope every morning and evening, and recovered to her previous figure in less than three months.
