6. I don't think there should be anything to discuss about postpartum yoga. The most important thing in postpartum recovery is exercise. Postpartum yoga poses need to be determined according to personal circumstances, but the most important thing is to move!

Postpartum recovery is a relatively slow process. Don't believe that those who are loved online can return to their pre-pregnancy state in a month, at most, they are appearances. The recovery of bones, muscles and skin is periodic, but I don't know what happened to my body after giving birth. Since I just gave birth to my daughter, my figure has changed beyond my imagination: when I just gave birth, I felt that I had changed from a slim girl to a fat girl who was furious overnight, from a girl who basically didn't sweat to a woman who sweated all day, from a person who was not very sick by nature to a sick seedling who caught a cold every month. At present, I think postpartum recovery is still necessary, and the pelvis still feels loose and painful from time to time.
