The all-in-one machine can copy the contents of the original, but there will be an extra blank sheet of paper after the copy is completed.

Cause of failure

The copy paper size is not set correctly.

solution

Turn on the all-in-one machine and wait for the all-in-one machine to be in the "ready" state.

Press the Set button on the control panel to enter the main menu of the control panel.

Press the arrow button to view the system setup menu, and then press the setup button. As shown in figure 1 system settings:

Press the arrow button to view the page setup menu, and then press the setup button. As shown in the page setup in Figure 2:

Press the arrow button to view the default paper size menu, and then press the Set button. As shown in the default paper size in Figure 3:

Press the arrow button, select A4, and then press the Set button. Set the default paper size as shown in Figure 4:

At this time, the all-in-one machine can copy normally.
