You can do yoga in bed, but the mattress on the bed should not be too soft. Too soft mattress will make yoga movements not in place, thus failing to achieve the purpose of exercise. When doing yoga in bed, you should pay attention to choosing the correct yoga posture.

The following yoga postures can be done in bed:

Anti-warrior style:

The right leg lunges forward, the left leg stretches backward, and the instep is attached to the mattress; Inhale, the left arm extends towards the ear, and the right hand naturally rests down on the mattress; Look up at the ceiling and keep breathing evenly; The front knee is perpendicular to the ankle, open outward and aligned with the second toe; Press the mattress and abdomen on the instep of the left foot to prevent the lumbar vertebrae from being squeezed; Feel the stretching of the side waist, keep breathing for 3-5 times, inhale when you come out, straighten your right leg backwards, and change sides to practice.

Pigeon style:

Bend your left foot forward, put your left knee on the mattress, and extend your right leg backward; Bend your right knee, with your right calf up, and stretch your right hand back to grab your right ankle; The left hand is supported on the mattress on the left side of the body, and the waist is slightly extended back; Hold your head high, keep your eyes on the ceiling and keep breathing for 3-5 times.

Bow:

Lie prone on the mattress with your abdomen close to the mattress; Bend your knees and lift your legs, bend your back and stretch your hands back; Grasp the ankles with both hands, stretch each other and keep breathing for 3-5 times.
