When liver cancer occurs, what are the abnormal changes in the skin?
Speaking of liver cancer, this kind of cancer is actually terrible. There is almost no cure except liver transplantation. Liver cancer is mainly a malignant tumor that occurs in hepatocytes and intrahepatic bile duct cells for various reasons. Up to now, the pathogenesis of liver cancer is still unclear, but there are many inducing factors.

The most common inducing factor of liver cancer is hepatitis B virus, mainly the abnormal gene expression caused by hepatocyte DNA. There is also cirrhosis, which is mainly caused by atypical hyperplasia in the liver after hepatocyte injury. In addition, there are cholestasis, excessive alcohol, liver congestion, Aspergillus flavus infection, chemical poisoning and other factors.

However, the incidence of liver cancer is hidden, and the early symptoms are not obvious, but in the middle and late stage, there will be pain in the right upper abdomen (liver area), abdominal distension and pain in the right shoulder and back, and the rupture of liver cancer nodules will lead to severe and persistent abdominal pain. Some painkillers have no effect, which can also lead to symptoms such as decreased food intake, nausea and vomiting, malnutrition, emaciation, loss of appetite, systemic infection, etc. At night, after cancer cells metastasize, there will be symptoms of various tissues and organs.

However, after the appearance of liver cancer, the skin will also have symptoms, mainly the following!

1, skin itching, because liver cancer leads to abnormal operation of liver bile, but skin itching is not necessarily liver cancer, but if people such as hepatitis have unexplained skin itching and the use of antipruritic drugs has no effect, we should be wary of liver cancer. Many cancers with high malignancy can lead to skin rashes and erythema on the surface of the body.

2. Spider nevus and spider nevus appear in the palm. The causes of liver palmar nevus and spider nevus in patients with liver disease are basically the same. Because of abnormal liver function, estrogen can't be treated, which leads to too much estrogen acting on arterioles and dilating them. In addition, because some vasodilators remain in the blood, the contractile function of sphincter cells is reduced, and more blood passes through arterioles, which increases the pressure on the blood vessel wall, makes the blood vessel bend and spiral, extends to the area with the lowest skin tension, and finally forms spider nevus.

3. Yellowing of the skin, mainly manifested in the face and iris, is mainly due to abnormal liver function caused by liver cancer, which increases serum bilirubin in blood vessels, leading to yellowing of the skin and iris, while abnormal hormones lead to gloomy face.
