In other words, if a person stays in the water and drinks, and the evil and turbid yin occupy the land of clearing yang, all the meeting heads of yang will feel dizzy. In this case, only Atractylodes macrocephala and Alisma orientalis will be effective. Atractylodes macrocephala holds middle energizer, removes dampness and strengthens spleen; Alisma orientalis is in the lower coke, and the water is diverted downwards, which is irreversible.

Atractylodes macrocephala is sweet, bitter and warm, and can enter the spleen and stomach meridians. Its main function is to replenish qi and strengthen the spleen, so the diet Shui Gu can be transformed. Therefore, Atractylodes macrocephala is bitter in taste, warm in nature and dry in nature, and can treat spleen edema and other diseases caused by deficiency of spleen and stomach yang and internal resistance of phlegm.
