The problem of left-behind children is a prominent social problem. With the rapid development of China's society, politics and economy, more and more young and middle-aged farmers have entered cities, and a special group of minors-left-behind children in rural areas have emerged. When they grow up, they lack the emotional care and care of their parents. Relatively speaking, they tend to go to the two extremes of development. Some children have deviations in understanding and values, and their personality and psychological development are abnormal. Some children become extremely strong and brave. The so-called poor children are like this.

Among the left-behind children, 79.7% were raised by grandparents, 13% were entrusted to relatives and friends, and 7.3% were uncertain or unsupervised.

Left-behind children have a shadow of mental health because of the lack of affection. A large part of them are characterized by closed hearts, apathy, inferiority, cowardice, withdrawn behavior, introversion, lack of love and communication initiative, some of them are grumpy and impulsive, and often escalate unprovoked trivial matters into fights.
