Infant training program
Objective: To exercise neck muscles, broaden horizons and promote intellectual development.

Head-up training

When the baby is awake on an empty stomach, his limbs naturally stretch and crawl in front of his chest and abdomen. His mother leaned back and said, "The baby is looking up" and so on. Until he lies on his back in bed, the baby will naturally raise his head during exercise. You can also ring bells or bells on both sides of your baby's head during exercise to train him to look up and turn his head. 4-5 times a day, each time 1 minute -3 minutes. At the beginning of training, you should put your hands on both sides of your baby's head for protection.

Crawling training

After taking a bath and touching the skin every day, let the baby lie on his stomach, put his palm against the baby's sole, and train him to crawl forward with his abdomen as the fulcrum. 1-2 times a day, each time 1-2 minutes.

visual training

On and around the baby's crib, 20 cm away from the baby's face, some brightly colored toys and enlarged color photos of parents (head and face images) are hung. Show him self-made pictures, observe and record which pictures he looks at for a long time (the longest 15 seconds). You can also use a red ball with a diameter of about 10 cm to Doby him. When he saw it, he slowly moved the toy in an arc, so that his eyes could follow the moving direction.

auditory training

The room was quiet and the child was lying on his back. Ring the bell or pinch the toy 30cm away from the child's ear (don't let the baby see the toy first). The sound is fresh and pleasant, and the volume should not be too high. The baby will blink, frown, cry or stop crying, indicating that his hearing is normal. Start training, ring the bell and say nice songs at the same time, and train until the baby can find the sound source with his eyes, 2-3 times a day, which can be done before or during tactile training.
