My suggestion is to do yoga gymnastics every morning and evening, but stick to it. I can't introduce them all here, but I recommend you to borrow materials suitable for your practice from the library.
I'm insisting, and my colleagues say it's effective, but I can't stop. I think it will rebound. It's true. Do it every day, even if it's standing after lunch or going out with colleagues, it's worth it!
