Strawberry yogurt 120g fine sugar 30g milk 120g gelatin 6g.
Steps of making yogurt jelly
1.? Soak gelatin in ice water for later use.
2.? Pour the milk into the pot and add the fine sugar.
3.? Heat the milk with a small fire and stir it with a small spoon while heating until the fine sugar dissolves and leaves the fire (about 50 to 60 degrees).
4.? Put the foamed gelatin into the hot milk and stir with a spoon until the gelatin is completely dissolved in the milk.
5.? Pour strawberry yogurt into milk.
6.? Stir yogurt and milk evenly with a spoon to make yogurt jelly.
7.? Pour the jelly liquid into the mold and put it in the refrigerator for more than 4 hours.
8.? Take out the frozen jelly and leave it at room temperature for about 1 min.
9.? Gently break the two sides of the mold and push it up from the bottom, and the jelly will be easily demoulded.
