Dieting during running to lose weight
I started losing weight last week. I jog 1 hour every night, and then do leg press for half an hour to relax and control my diet. Last week 1 weight 124 kg, Friday weight 120 kg. I'm so happy.

It's best to take a brisk walk to warm your lower body, and then jog for an hour. After half an hour of exercise, your body will start burning fat. I didn't stop jogging during running, and I didn't drink water after running. If I am really thirsty, I have to wait for half an hour before I drink slowly. I was exhausted on the third day of running, but with the support and encouragement of my friends, I survived. When I ran slowly on the fifth day, I didn't feel that I was running very hard. Most people are tired on the third day and don't want to stick to it. The friend who accompanied me is from my physical education institute. He said that if you are tired at this time, you must have run too much. That is to say, if you usually run for an hour, you will probably run 10 minutes that day. )

In addition, I exercise and then control my diet. Let me tell you my recipe. I also looked up a lot on the internet and made it for myself in combination with my own situation.

The first thing after brushing your teeth is to drink several cups of 500ml water in one breath (which can moisten the intestines and help digestion).

The second breakfast: cucumber+egg (eat an apple 45 minutes before the last recess) lunch: white rice +3 dishes (eat meat once or twice a week) dinner: no (chew corn if you are really hungry)

Third, every class has a cup of 500ml water. In short, I drink almost 8 cups of 500ml water every day.

After the fourth lunch, stand for 20 minutes and then go to bed. Eat a banana half an hour after lunch.

Fifth, I didn't eat snacks last week.

In this way, I successfully lost 4 pounds. I still follow this plan. My goal is 95- 100 kg.

I hope my point of view is valid for you. Let's go
