The more difficult it is, the more it will consume your willpower. Everyone's willpower is limited. Giving things a certain meaning, increasing the sense of mission, can improve willpower. My daughter was born in 65438 108, so I only swim 1080 meters at a time, hence the name "108 Dafa". Taking every swimming seriously is to promote the cultivation of personal self-discipline habits. The more you love your daughter, the greater your motivation.
Everyone can't be an expert in all fields, as long as they are excellent before a certain field becomes 20%. The speed of professional athletes in the 50-meter freestyle is more than 20 seconds, and it is difficult for ordinary people to break through 30 seconds. I set 32 seconds as my limit. Set reasonable goals and practice within your own boundaries. Only when you know that the closer you get to the upper limit, the harder it will be to improve, and the practice will be targeted. The swimming pool is often visited by experts. When they are surpassed, they don't have to feel inferior, because they must pay more than us, just keep the rhythm and step by step.

When choosing a big goal, we must proceed from reality and aim at the goal more accurately, so as to remind ourselves repeatedly. Set a small goal every time you swim to ensure that your daily exercise is efficient. Before going swimming, I always set a total time for myself. Many people think it is difficult to learn to swim. In fact, they haven't found a good teacher yet, and challenging the appropriate difficulty in stages is an effective means to overcome the problem. Most people's four strokes are not in the plenary session, because butterfly stroke consumes physical strength and backstroke is easy to choke water, so it will dampen the enthusiasm of learning these strokes. When I learn these postures, I divide the movements into two movements: arms and legs, practice them separately, and then practice them repeatedly with tools such as flippers.
