I once/kloc-lost 6 pounds in 0/2 days and so on. I just drink a cup of honey water and a small piece of whole wheat bread every morning, then I only eat cucumbers at noon and afternoon, and I will never eat anything after 8 pm, plus I will squat and stretch my arms when I have time. But occasionally when I can't stand being hungry, I will still eat a little rice and a little vegetables, hehe, but I won't add oil and salt.
