The standard action of squat.
The standard movements of squats are as follows:

Step 1: First, the distance between feet should be greater than the shoulder width, as shown in the following figure:

Step 2, then hold your head up and chest out, and raise your hands forward, as shown below:

The third step, however, when squatting, the hips move back actively and the center of gravity is on the heel, as shown below:

Step 4: Inhale when squatting, and exhale when getting up, as shown below:

Step 5, then stand up slowly and set the number of groups according to your physical strength, as shown below:
