2. Don't dwell on any thoughts, whether happy or unhappy. Do not interfere or judge. Observe the emergence and disappearance of these ideas.
Practice for 5 minutes, and the time can be extended if you like.
What part of your brain did you notice? Are these thoughts trivial or profound? Are they triggered by each other? How much of it is related to memory? Are these thoughts familiar to you, like they have been hidden in your subconscious for a long time, or do they suddenly surprise you? Is there any scene that I don't remember for years? Is there a sudden light from the bottom of my heart? Repeat this exercise in different emotional states to see if you know yourself better.
