My leg was cast off in the third week after the reconstruction of the anterior cruciate ligament of the left knee. I can't lift it myself. I passively practice bending my legs 30 degrees with the machine. It hurts every time. May I ask? Your progress is too slow. We all do anatomical double-beam reconstruction in our hospital. After operation, leg flexion contact began around 1 week, with 90 flexion in 2 weeks and 0/20 flexion in 4 weeks, and reached normal angle after 6 weeks.

If your practice at home is not effective, I suggest you go back to the hospital for a follow-up visit and let the doctor help you. If you don't practice now, you'll never practice again.

For more questions, please go to a good doctor to search my name in Shenzhen Peking University Hospital for further consultation.
