1. Open the wps form software, create a new file, and enter the contents.

3. In the data menu bar, find the Insert drop-down list and a settings dialog box will pop up.

4. Select the manual add drop-down option and enter the option text. If the option is not entered correctly, click Delete next to it.

5. You can also set data selection from the table, select cell selection options, and then set the order of selecting cell positions to preset the content options in the wps table.
