It depends on the individual. I just tried drinking it for a week. Drink a cup of honey water with fresh lemon juice on an empty stomach every morning, and then eat something else ten minutes later. My biggest feeling about this drinking method is that my bowel movements are normal and comfortable every day, my skin is moist and I have lost two pounds (I eat as usual without exercise).
