1. Don't sit if you can stand.
The human body has about 300 joints and 800 muscles. Sedentary will make our spine freeze and bend repeatedly. Therefore, it is suggested that you can choose a standing posture when going to work, or try to have a meeting standing up, or go to a bar to drink standing up on Friday night!
2. Squat like a three-year-old child
The "squatting" posture is actually the most relaxed rest posture for human beings. Unfortunately, around the age of 4, humans will begin to realize the existence of the chair, and then gradually rely on it as the best choice for rest, so soon, humans will lose their innate squatting ability.
Squatting has many advantages. Squatting for three minutes every day (when squatting, the heel must touch the floor, the toes should be forward, and the knees should be wider than the feet) can not only keep our hips elastic, but also improve the digestive system to help defecate. You can start doing squats by wearing shoes with heels, which will be better than doing squats with bare feet.
