Family planning is restricted and you can't get a passport. what can I do?
Hello, China's passport law does not explicitly restrict family planning, so it is impossible to apply for a passport. You can bring an administrative lawsuit to cancel the family planning restriction. China cannot apply for a passport as follows:

According to Article 13 of the Passport Law of the People's Republic of China: "The passport issuing organ shall not issue a passport if the applicant is under any of the following circumstances:

(a) does not have the nationality of People's Republic of China (PRC);

(two) unable to prove identity;

(3) practicing fraud in the application process;

(4) Being sentenced to a penalty and serving a sentence;

(five) the people's court informed that there are unresolved civil cases that cannot leave the country;

(6) Being a defendant or criminal suspect in a criminal case;

(seven) the relevant competent departments of the State Council believe that leaving the country will cause harm to national security or cause great losses to national interests.
