1. First open a picture that needs local deformation in PS. You need to transform the lantern in the upper left corner.

2. Then copy the picture layer.

3. Then click "Edit" in the toolbar and select "Manipulate Deformation" in the drop-down menu.

4. Then the picture on the page will have an irregular crack shape.

5. Drag the mouse to deform and twist the lantern in the upper left corner of the picture until it is deformed to the required style.

6. Then click Enter to repair the deformed style.
