Stand on the ground with your legs at shoulder height, then take a deep breath and squat slowly, hold your breath when squatting, and then squat until your knees are parallel to your hips. When you can't hold your breath, stand up slowly while exhaling, and then repeat. You can do it about 20 times a day, not once, but several times. If you feel that it is not enough, you can add more times. Every time I finish, I feel tight in my hips and abdomen for about a week.
Then do abdominal breathing before going to bed every day (abdominal breathing refers to the breathing method that makes the abdomen bulge when inhaling and makes the abdomen sag when exhaling), about 10 times, which can reduce abdominal fat, be good for the body and help sleep.
PS: It's my experience. That's how I lose weight. I must stick to it. If I don't do it for a few days, nothing will work.
