He Lingling, doctor of law, China Renmin University, postdoctoral fellow in education, professor, tutor of master's degree, director of the authorized point of master's degree in basic principles of Marxism, and director of the education department of basic principles of Marxism. I mainly study Marxist theory and people's all-round development. He has published 3 monographs in People's Publishing House and Higher Education Publishing House, including the chief editor's works 1, the deputy editor's works, and the co-editor's works1. He has published more than 20 academic papers in Guangming Daily (theoretical edition) and Ideological and Theoretical Education Guide. Among the research results, 1 won the first prize of the Ministry of Personnel, and three won the third prize of the provincial and ministerial level.
