Legal analysis: Not in principle. The Ministry of Public Security clearly stipulates that on-site law enforcement audio-visual materials shall not be provided to the outside world or released through the Internet and other communication channels without approval. On-site law enforcement audio-visual materials involving state secrets, commercial secrets and personal privacy shall be kept confidential in accordance with the requirements of relevant laws and regulations.

Legal basis: Article 42 of the Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) on Public Security Administration Punishment commits one of the following acts, and shall be detained for less than 5 days or fined for less than 500 yuan; If the circumstances are serious, he shall be detained for more than 5 days 10 days, and may also be fined up to 500 yuan:
