The premise of getting up early is going to bed early. If you stay up until two or three in the morning the night before, there is nothing you can do to get up early, and you will be depressed all day.

I once tried to sleep before 10 and wake up naturally at 5 am. If you sleep beyond 1 1, you will be particularly sleepy in the morning and sleep until almost 7 o'clock.

Only by forming the habit of going to bed early and getting up early can we have a good body and energy to do what we want to do.

Second, do regular exercise.

Regular exercise is the foundation of health. Only with good health can we talk about other things. As a saying goes, without "1", any more "0" will be useless.

Secondly, exercise can increase our self-confidence, break the routine and make ourselves full of challenges. Take me for example. When I first started practicing yoga, I couldn't do many movements, but I kept practicing every day. A month later, I found that the actions that I couldn't do before, the actions that I couldn't stick to, and the actions that were very difficult can be easily completed now, and I am no longer afraid of sticking to it, which is very fulfilling.

Everything is the same. Adhere to the effect, practice makes perfect, and long-term practice has made my body a lot softer.

Through sports, I found the secret of self-confidence and success. Therefore, when I can't persist in anything, I will use this method to motivate myself, give myself the motivation to persist and increase our endurance.

Third, meditate regularly and clean up the garbage.

I first knew the word "meditation" when I saw it in a novel. One of the heroes is very successful in his life. The most important thing he does every day is meditation, but he doesn't know how to meditate at that time. Later, I came into contact with yoga, and then I learned a process of meditation.
