What are the skills of practicing lotus movements in yoga?
Keep breathing and try to breathe slowly and long. When exhaling, bend your legs, fold them in front of you, let go of your hips and further stretch your back. Open your shoulders and close your elbows to help you keep your balance. Stay for about 5-8 breaths and slowly recover. To practice this pose, the most important support point is the head, and the most vulnerable part is the neck. Be prepared before practice, avoid injury, and don't practice reluctantly. Hanging upside down lotus has little strength in waist and abdomen. When practicing, the stress on the shoulders is even, and the elbows help to keep the balance between the shoulders and the neck. In the whole pose, try to keep your back straight and move slowly, so as to stretch your body and avoid injury.
