1. Open PPT, click the File tab, and click the Save As command in the newly switched interface. The Save As dialog box pops up, and click the triangle button under Tools.

2. Click the compress picture command in the drop-down list.

3. Open the dialog box for compressing pictures, click the radio button for using document resolution, select the check box for deleting the picture clipping area in the compression options list box, and finally click OK.
