The position of the characters should be in or near the middle of the picture as far as possible. Too much left or right will cause distortion and make people fat. People who shoot high need a low position, and at the same time, the position of the characters' feet should keep a little distance from the bottom of the picture, not a great distance. Why do you need to choose such a position? Let's talk about the principle of wide angle first. Everyone imagines a wide-angle lens as an elastically stretched rubber cloth surface. If we put the character in the center of the picture and poke the center point with our fingers, the elastic cloth will stretch forward, and the visual effect is that people will be pushed farther and farther and smaller as they poke forward with their fingers. This explains why the characters will be shot short after being placed in the center. If we put the character in a lower position in the center of the picture (the character's feet leave only a little gap from the ground), we still push the center of the rubber cloth forward, so that the character's feet will be elongated because of the deformation of the cloth.
To sum up, I want to shoot people with long legs with super width, and lower the characters in the center of the picture, leaving only a gap between my feet and the ground.
2 wide angle
In addition to taking portraits, super wide angle can also take pictures of the atmosphere. Stretch the clouds in the sky and pay attention to composition. Generally speaking, the composition is divided into three parts. If the sky above is beautiful, you can make the sky account for two-thirds of the picture. When the ground or sea surface is better than the sky, it can make the ground or sea surface account for two thirds. Whoever looks good will take more!
3 Time and light
The best shooting time, sunrise and sunset. I prefer to shoot with the sunset as the background. At this time, the light is soft and people are not as bloated as when they get up in the morning.
4 backlight tips:
On the basis of the default exposure value, add one or two exposures to ensure that the characters are exposed normally, and the background is slightly overexposed, and then pull back the overexposed ones later.
The last time before the sun went down, the sunset was particularly beautiful, but the time was short. You need to choose a place in advance and take time to shoot.
After sunset, if there are beautiful clouds, you can take a silhouette. Silhouette shooting needs to reduce exposure.
