There are steamed crab, spicy crab, crab powder pot, scallion crab, braised crab and so on.

1, steamed crab

After washing the crabs, put them upside down in the steamer. After the crabs of general size are boiled with high fire, continue steaming for 12 minutes. If it is a big crab, steam it for a few more minutes.

2. chilli crab

Clean the crab, cut it in half, pour a proper amount of oil into the pot, add seasonings such as onion, ginger, garlic and dried pepper when the oil is hot, stir-fry until the crab turns red, add seasonings such as cooking wine, vinegar, sugar, soy sauce and salt to taste, and add a proper amount of water to collect juice.

3. Crab vermicelli pot

Pour the right amount of oil into the pot, heat it on high fire and pour it on the crab dishes.

5. Braised crabs
