Precautions:
First, often bask in the sun;
Second, eat more foods containing calcium and comprehensive nutrition: chicken feet, bean products, shrimp skin, milk, eggs, lean meat, radishes and vegetables;
The third is to sleep for 9 hours every day;
Fourth, do more exercise, long-distance running, skipping and swimming;
The fifth is the loving atmosphere in the family.
The key is to implement the above laws in place and not give up halfway.
