NFC juice, that is, non-concentrated juice, refers to a fermentable but unfermented non-concentrated juice product made directly from fruits by mechanical methods. NFC juice products on the market all claim that 100% juice is made by squeezing, without adding water or adding it.
International practice does not prohibit NFC juice from containing additives. For example, European and American standards allow NFC juice to be mixed with 10% additive. Whether from the perspective of cost or taste adjustment, it is really difficult to produce NFC juice without additives in the pure sense.
Most NFC juice still has a certain amount of water, which is inevitable in the process operation, but compared with FC juice (concentrated reduced juice), this water is quite small. According to international practice, there is no problem that the proportion does not exceed 5%.
The products that can be called 100% juice in China juice market can be divided into FC (concentrated reduced juice) and NFC (non-concentrated juice). According to the national standard of Fruit and Vegetable Juices and Their Drinks (GB/T3 1 12 1) issued on 20 14, FC juice refers to the product recovered after adding equal amount of water during the processing of concentrated juice.
Of course, in the previous dehydration process, there was a certain loss of nutrients in the fruit.
